What Else Do I Need To Do?
Before you can get licensed, you will also need to pay a $50 application fee and a $150 license fee.
When you install your first manufactured/mobile home, you will need to put an installation decal on the home. This certifies that the home was installed in accordance with state regulations. To get installation decals, you will need to complete a Mobile Home Installation Decal Order Form.
If you plan on selling, displaying for sale, or dealing mobile homes in the future, you will need to get a separate Mobile Home Dealer License. Your Mobile/Manufactured Mobile Home Installation License is only valid for installing homes. Licenses are valid from October 1st to September 30th of each year.
