In Nevada, anyone that is importing, wholesaling, or manufacturing alcohol is required to be licensed with the state. 

Note that a liquor retailer cannot also be a liquor importer/wholesaler.

If you wish to open a bar in Nevada, contact the city/county clerk or local law enforcement authorities in the area which you wish to open a location.

If you want to sell cigarettes or other tobacco products in the state of California, you need to purchase a California Cigarette and Tobacco Products Tax Bond.

If you wish to sell beer and/or light wine to wholesalers in the state of Mississippi, there are a number of requirements you must meet. Common requirements include completing a Brewer’s Agreement form and submitting a copy of your Federal Basic Importer’s Permit. You will also need to purchase and send a Mississippi Beer and Light Wine Wholesalers Bond to the state.
