Bond amount must be for at least 10% of Qualified Plan Assets. The minimum bond amount we offer is $25,000.

Your bond amount doesn't need to equal 100% or more of your qualified assets. All our ERISA Bonds under $500,000 include "Inflation Guard", so you will remain in compliance with the U.S. DOL during your full bond term. There is no increase in premium if your plan funds increase mid-term.

If your bond is for a retirement plan that receives plan assets through a custodial account, please select the state of the custodial account.
